Missouri Amendment 3, Prohibit Abortion and Gender Transition Procedures for Minors Amendment

Oppose

Provisional draft call. The mechanism was checked in the source review; remaining factual checks and uncertainty still matter.

Current assessment

Repeals viability-based abortion protection for narrow exceptions and bundles a ban on youth gender-transition procedures; abortion rollback independently supports opposition.

Source check and limits

Current SOS certified ballot summary checked. Direction rests on repeal and exceptions, not an unverified clinical-outcomes claim.
