What the labels mean
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Yes | Approved recommendation to vote yes. |
| Lean Yes | Scores positive, but confidence is capped or the text is provisional. |
| Lean No | Scores negative, but confidence is capped or the text is provisional. |
| No | Approved recommendation to vote no. |
| Watch | A load-bearing axis is low-confidence. Held pending the full official text. |
| No position | Scored and deliberately declined, or not scored yet. Not a hidden recommendation. |
